Completing registration online is a simple and easy process! Click the link below for the desired location. Complete the parent and child information form and the required documents. Your information is sent to our database and registration is complete!

A one-time $20 registration fee is charged to your account, which you will pay upon registration. Upon your first visit, our caregivers will provide your family’s unique four-digit pin. Remember this pin, as you will use it to check your child(ren) in and out each time.

Steps for Registering & Accessing Parent Portal

Create an account:

After you complete the registration process, you will receive an email invitation to create a parent portal account. If you can’t find the email, ask one of our Caregivers to resend it to you. Once you locate the email, click the link at the top. You are directed to a page where you will complete your account setup. You can login to your parent portal account through the ChildPilot app or the parent login links below.

Install the App:

Proceed to the app store on your device and download the ChildPilot Parents app. Use your parent portal account to login.

Review and update your information:

You can view and edit guardian and child information and designate authorized pick-ups and emergency contacts. Please ensure this information is up to date. You can also add a payment method under your billing tab. ChildPilot will save your preferred payment method(s) to facilitate quick and easy payments at check-out.
